The gardens of the Palais Galliera once again host the ephemeral table Les Petites Mains. On the plates, springtime and iodized cuisine by Geoffrey Lengagne, for the sweet part, creations by pastry chef François Daubinet, and in the glasses, cocktails by mixologist Sébastien Foulard. The restaurant on the terrace is ideal for enjoying the sun, facing the Eiffel Tower.

Now that the fine weather seems to have settled in for good, it's time to enjoy the sunshine on a terrace, with good things to eat if possible. The gardens of the Palais Galliera are once again home to the terrace restaurant Les Petites Mains. 600m2 of greenery with a view of the Eiffel Tower, the ideal place to spend some quality time in the sun, until October 31.

Chef Geoffrey Lengagne is at the helm of the kitchen of this ephemeral table, with its back to the Musée de la Mode. His menu, , is spring-like and iodized, with an emphasis on sun-ripened fruits and vegetables and seafood. Initially available for lunch (from April 21) and later for dinner (from May 12), all this can be enjoyed from the à la carte menu, which changes frequently according to new arrivals, or through lunch menus.

From the market to the plate, Geoffrey Lengagne's fresh, colorful recipes will delight even the most discerning palate, both in terms of presentation and pairing, as in this colorful, ultra-fresh vol-au-vent of zucchini, mint, preserved lemons and Auvergne blue cheese.

To accompany these fine dishes, sip a cocktail created by mixologist Sébastien Foulard, founder of Jefrey's Bar. Each recipe, with or without alcohol, is a tribute to the most beautiful dresses in the Musée de la Mode's permanent collection.

For the sweet side, Les Petites Mains called on the services of François Daubinet, a pastry chef who needs no introduction, to unveil an original menu of graphic desserts and daring pastries. In short, everything you want to enjoy when you're baking in the sun. A must-stop for your summer!
