Open since August 2019, Noush is first and foremost about the meeting between chef Adrian Calvo (who makes everything) and Cédric Hirep, two former employees from La Mangerie. Together, they created this lovely eatery in Paris 9th arrondissement.
For lunch, Noush serves burgers and bowls (French style), based on rice, and other daily specials with exotic flavors such as this fantastic Thai soup with chicken, coconut and lemongrass, or this risotto with shiitake mushrooms. As for burgers, enjoy pork, chicken or beef sandwiches. And at the moment, the Big Noush (Black Angus steak, tartare and barbecue sauce, cheddar, grilled bacon…) is available as part of the Paris Burger Week.
But by night, at Noush, enjoy tapas to share, cocktails, and infused rums concocted by Cédric. He comes from Martinique. And to be enjoyed in a laid-back and friendly atmosphere. And as soon as it is possible, Noush will resume live concerts and exhibitions.
In addition to rums, in the summer, Noush serves some very delicious hibiscus juice and other homemade alcohol-free beverages.
Noush decoration is very green and elegant. It commits to an ecofriendly process; the restaurant grows aromatic herbs in bioponics. And straws are made of bamboo.
If you happen to be by Saint-Lazare do not miss to stop by Noush, it is worth it.
Alcohol abuse is bad for your health, please drink responsibly.
