On sunny days, enjoy fresh dishes based on creamy burrata, tasty poke bowl, and carpaccio. Every day, the restaurant serves a never-before-seen recipe, fish from the market or gazpacho changed on a daily basis.

The day we came, our hearts stopped for the salmon gravlax with very light redcurrant whipped cream. This sweet-savory blend delighted our taste buds. We also appreciated the sesame/soy marinated organic French beans, very smooth and served with a poached egg.

Moving on to main courses, we loved the seared round of beef, very juicy meat served with delicious sweet potato fries and seasonal vegetables, extremely smooth. As for vegetarians, they cannot miss the vegetable Tatin tart with creamy burrata.

On Saturdays and Sundays, Elémentaire serves a seasonal brunch between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. On the menu, a three-course tasting including a hot drink, a smoothie or a squeezed juice, as well as a duo of pancakes, followed by a main course, and a sweet treat to choose, the whole for €32. As for children, a special menu for €16 is available including a hot drink, a smoothie or a juice, a pancake and a main course to choose!
