If there is one chef hopping up and down with impatience to get back to the stove, it is Arnaud Donckele waiting for the opening of Cheval Blanc Paris and gourmet restaurant, Plénitude, scheduled on September 7, 2021. For over two years, the Michelin-starred chef – who worked at Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez – has been working on the menu and the opening postponed many times in one of the most magnificent gems in town.
Set on the first floor of the five-star hotel with unobstructed views on the Seine “within reach”, Plénitude is an intimate place, ideal for a timeless break. The soft and bright décor with yellow and orange hues and comfortable chairs let us think this experience will be extraordinary. We already feel light, far from the Parisian hustle and bustle and the daily worries.
Awarded three Michelin stars and 19/20 by Gault & Millau, Arnaud Donckele comes to Cheval Blanc Paris and is already thinking about serving food based on seasonal and fresh ingredients, giving pride of place to short circuits and local supplies, as usual.
To take the experience to the next level, pastry chef Maxime Frédéric – young pastry genius internationally renown for his light desserts – offers to finish your delicious meal on a delightful and sweet note.
