Japanese cuisine lovers, take note of this fine address! Head for Yakuza by Olivier, the restaurant at Maison Albar Hotels - Le Vendome, where you can enjoy Japanese cuisine with a Mediterranean twist. For those in a hurry, a lunch menu is available at €45, served in 45 minutes!

The promise of an unparalleled culinary voyage... Yakuza Paris, the restaurant of Maison Albar Hotels - Le Vendome, invites gourmets to discover the cuisine of chef Olivier da Costa, between Japan and the Mediterranean.

After the unprecedented success of his first collaboration at Maison Albar Hotels - Le Monumental Palace in Portugal in 2020, with Yakuza Porto, the chef returns to Paris and offers a cuisine as gourmet as ever, all in an intimate setting, with walls tinted with street art and subdued lighting, inspired by Yakuza culture and imagined by architect Fabien Roque.

For those with no time to dawdle, at lunchtime Yakuza offers an express menu at €45, served in 45 minutes. It's the ideal way to eat quickly without compromising on quality or quantity, since the menu includes a comforting miso soup, a trio of vegetable and chicken gyozas, a chirashi that looks like a small painting, generously served with fresh, melting fish sashimi, and a hot drink, tea or coffee.

For aesthetes who wish, on the contrary, to take the time to discover the best of Japanese gastronomy, Yakuza's daring menu includes many exclusive and surprising creations, as convivial as they are refined and contemporary: sushi and sashimi prepared in a traditional or revisited way, Sakana fish tacos, Gyozas, makizushis, gunkans, tempuras and other dishes from the robata, the Japanese grill... There's something for everyone to enjoy or discover!

The signature dish is Kobe Gunkan with Wagyu, foie gras, onion confit and teriyaki, for a chic, gourmet culinary experience. Three small bites that make your lunch or dinner a moment of pure gastronomy... and pure pleasure!

As for desserts, you can also indulge in the Kit-Kat chocolate mousse, or the green tea fondant with sesame ice cream. It's a lovely plate of food that you'd be well-advised not to refuse, to end your meal on a high note.

A menu we were able to try out... The cuisine is of incomparable finesse, the produce of unrivalled freshness, with sushi, maki and sashimi served à la minute. We were offered to discover a whole selection of dishes and plates, each as tasty as the next: Gyozas, fish tacos, lobster spring rolls, a selection of sashimis, different varieties of Gunkan makis (with a hint of caviar, please!) and Nigiris... All extremely well-balanced, with a very fine mouthfeel.

We particularly appreciate the interesting food/wine pairing. We also recommend a sake to round off the meal with dessert, Sea Food, one of the only sakes produced by a woman in Japan. A drink reminiscent of certain Sauvignons, for all lovers of fine wines... And, of course, a special mention for Kobe Gunkan with Wagyu and a touch of foie gras, melting in the mouth. A real treat for the taste buds, and the ideal dish for a successful lunch or dinner!

Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening, a DJ set accompanies your dinner, for a truly festive moment! And for a more intimate moment, a private lounge is also available, accommodating up to 8 people. A great place for more professional lunches, with colleagues or customers... Or perhaps you'd prefer a more intimate setting for your family, to celebrate a special event. Either way, it's a great place to discover exceptional fusion cuisine at the table or at the counter, to be savored without moderation!

Shall we reserve a table, friends?
