This Fall 2021, Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme hotel renews its food offer with the opening of the new Café Jeanne.
This Café Jeanne enjoys three areas: a classic dining room – featuring a glass roof – a comfortable lounge with a fireplace, and a confidential terrace. Areas where – depending on the time of the day – you can gladly have a seat to enjoy a cup of coffee, a cocktail or enjoy simple and modern French cuisine. The whole in a musical atmosphere.
Café Jeanne menu – created by chef Jean-François Rouquette – is based on the essential meals one can enjoy all day around. On the menu then, acai bowls, traditional bistro dishes (veal’s kidneys, skate wings terrine, beef filet, puffed potatoes, snails…). Without forgetting indulging and comforting food such as pizzas, burgers, grilled cheese sandwiches with truffle, club sandwiches and Caesar salad.
For the sweet touch, for a snack, a selection of pastries such as the chocolate-hazelnut bar and the floating island expect you. As well as the timeless Sunday’s brunch.
This bistro universe is very familiar to chef Rouquette: the cook has grown up in his parents’ café-restaurant in Aveyron.
Indoor designer Ed Tuttle has set at the Café Jeanne wonderful columns completed with a very floral decoration.
