On the other hand, Mustapha who learned the ropes with mixologist World Champion Hanna Van Ongevalle. Together, they team up to create a restaurant that is both the embodiment of elegance and quality.
On the menu then, French dishes but featuring exotic twists. Andrea draws inspiration from his roots and travels. Whether you come for a charming lunch or an exquisite dinner, the place will meet your needs. So, the day we came, we went for the tasting menu to discover below.
Appetizer: Divine casserole-inspired carbonara egg.
Starter #1: Seabream carpaccio and citrus fruits, perfectly seasoned.
Starter #2: Rabbit and king shrimp-stuffed courgetti ballotins with smoked sauce, perfectly cooked for a lovely surf-and-turf dish.
Main course #1: Cod, beetroot broth, and vegetable gyoza, a lovely match!
Main course #2: Low temperature-baked veal, mashed corn and mini burnt leeks. Deliciously smooth and an original mash.
Pre-dessert: Yellow kiwi and saffron sorbet, burnt corn and basil chips for a fresh end of meal.
Dessert: Nitrogen coconut meringue and mango siphon for a surprising show.
