Trois Saveurs Chinese Fondue opened in the heart of the Châtelet area with a place fitting 100 seats and a private 12-seat lounge. The concept is very simple and friendly: hot stock in the middle of the table, on a hot plate to share with your guests. You only have to add the ingredients you chose off the menu and your sauce.
The Chinese fondue is over 1,000 years old and one of the most traditional and popular cuisines in China. Trois Saveurs Chinese Fondue serves savory, sweet or sour stocks. And choose your ingredients: thin slices of meat, fish, vegetables or even noodles, about 70 ingredients are available to be boiled in the stock of your choice. Without forgetting about a dozen sauces for the final touch and a 100% successful fondue!
The restaurant also serves “tapas” and desserts to finish on a sweet note. All homemade dishes are made on site in the open-plan kitchen on the ground floor!
As for the décor, it is inspired by the traditional Chinese style with a modern touch and new elements for a total change of scenery. The first floor is the beginning of all: the red walls are covered in Chiense paintings, the large bay windows enable you to enjoy a meal with great views on the outside. Last but not least, looking you, you can see the oiled paper umbrella hanging from the ceiling…
So, shall we try and have a taste? Starting from €11.90, six lunch set menus are available!
