Good addresses abound in Paris's 10th arrondissement, and the TO bistronomic restaurant has set up shop in a Parisian hotel-style building on rue Beaurepaire, not far from République.
The decor is modern and elegant, with a range of different spaces. Inside the restaurant, 3 chicly designed atmospheres.

A bright first room with a view of Parisian life combines midnight-blue velvet banquettes with an ochre-and-white décor featuring subtly backlit and lightly textured panels.
The restaurant's second lounge plays on the harmony of terrazzo covering the tables, and the Scandinavian and raw spirit of the furniture, and another room at the back is more discreet for business lunches or groups.
A pleasant surprise to be discovered in the basement: the open kitchen!
But also a private lounge for all your events (company parties, birthdays...).
Chef Masahiro offers Japanese-inspired bistronomic fusion cuisine using the finest French produce.
He revisitsOmakase, the traditional Japanese menu that gives the chef carte blanche in six or eight stages. This is an opportunity for us to discover the full range of the chef's culinary talents.
The chef uses the chinuki technique (found in ikejime), which consists of draining the fish of blood from its veins and arteries, then maturing it for 10 days in ice. This gives the fish an ultra-melting flesh.
Among the starters on the OMAKASE menu (which varies according to the season and the market), our favorite is the plate of tea jelly, topped with thin slices of Daikon on a bed of crabmeat. An explosion of flavors!
Let yourself be tempted by the miso-marinated foie gras terrine with sweet touches of fig purée and speculo crumble. You'll also find plenty of freshness in the Carpaccio of red tuna with wasabi-infused soy sauce, drizzled with a dazzling Yuzu Raspberry coulis.
Meat lovers will be delighted by the Filet de boeuf cooked at low temperature with a full-bodied meat jus, roasted seasonal vegetables, yellow zucchini purée and Yuzu-Kôcho condiments.
On the seafood side, one of TO's classics is pan-fried octopus with piquillo purée, shiso-perfumed chimichurri sauce and black olive crumble.
The autumn menu features cod fillet cooked at low temperature, accompanied by a sauté of seasonal vegetables, a piquillo purée and a bewitchingly green basil sauce.
Desserts continue the tradition of the tasting menu, with their graphic presentation and sophisticated flavors.
Like the fruity plate of fresh mango with passion fruit sorbet, roasted hazelnut crumble and tagette sprouts.
At lunchtime on weekends, the 6-step OMAKASE menu is available (Amuse-bouche, 2 starters, fish, meat, dessert) at €95.
In the evening, you can be tempted by the 8-step OMAKASE Prestige menu (Amuse-bouche, 3 starters, fish, meat, 2 desserts) at 125€, which you can complement with aprestigious wine pairing or a selection of sakes.
The TO restaurant promises you a wonderful taste experience in this lively Parisian neighborhood, so leave it to the chef - you won't be disappointed!
