Craving some crêpe with uncommon flavors? Head to Galbar, a surprising creperie set in Paris 10th arrondissement, a stone’s throw from the Grand Rex, serving sweet and savory crêpes with the most uncommon fillings, served in a cone and to enjoy on site or on-the-go.

Calling all crêpe lovers! Head to Galbar, a creperie serving uncommon flavors in Paris 10th arrondissement, a stone’s throw from the Grand Rex, to enjoy tasty pancakes and crepes as you never have before! And for good reason: they can be enjoyed street-food style, served in a cone shape, like ice cream, for an easier tasting than when on a cardboard or as they are usually wrapped.

A shape also enabling the restaurant creators to serve a truly fantastic look with hearty filling, well-visible and enabling sophisticated mixes. Like the house’s hit, the crème brûlée crêpe based as it suggests on a crêpe and caramelized crème brûlée on top. So good!

Moving on to the menu, you can get savory pancakes such as the Galbar based on cooked ham, eggs, Emmental, lettuce, balsamic vinegar, the Fromenton based on Brie from Meaux, apples, walnuts, Emmental, spinach sprout, and honey, or even the Gauloise with homemade buckwheat-coated chicken, Emmental, cherry tomatoes, tomme cheese from Bauges, lettuce and Galbar sauce.

As for dessert, all classics of the French pastry are revisited, like the crème brûlée crêpe, the crêpe Tatin, the lemon meringue crêpe, the Chocoba (chocolate-banana), or the Vanicara (vanilla-caramel). Sweet crêpes we have tried… We went for the crème brûlée crêpe, the Tatin and the crêpe of the day revisiting the Mont-Blanc (based on chestnut cream, meringue and whipped cream). Three flavorsome desserts, not too heavy on the stomach, as surprising as it can ben. They are hearty, but not too much or not enough, and are likely to satisfy the greatest foodies.

A great place to discover, then. Shall we go, friends?
