Fancy a crêpe with an unusual flavour? Head for Galbar, a surprising creperie in Paris's 10th arrondissement, a stone's throw from the Grand Rex, offering sweet and savoury crepes in the most unusual compositions, served in a cone, to eat in or take away. We've tried it, we'll tell you about it!

Calling all crêpe lovers! Head for Galbar, a creperie with surprising flavors in Paris's 10th arrondissement, a stone's throw from the Grand Rex, to enjoy galettes or crêpes like you'll never see anywhere else! And with good reason: so that they can be eaten in street food mode, they are served in cone form, just like ice cream, making them much easier to eat than ordinary cardboard or foil packaging.

This shape also enables the brand's creators to offer a stunning visual effect, thanks to a filling that is clearly visible and allows for elaborate flavors. A case in point is the house hit, the crepe with crème brûlée, composed as its name suggests of a crepe and a crème brûlée caramelized on top. A real treat!

On the menu, you can indulge in savoury galettes, like the Galbar, made with cooked ham, eggs, Emmental cheese, lettuce and balsamic vinegar, or the Poulet Mango, made with lemon-marinated chicken, avocado, curry-mango sauce, pickles - red onion, coriander, iceberg lettuce and Emmental cheese, or Tonton Saucisse, with Montbéliard sausage, homemade onion confit, old-fashioned mustard, Emmental cheese and spinach shoots.

For dessert, all the classics of French patisserie are revisited, such as the crème brulée crêpe, the crêpe Tatin, the lemon meringue crêpe, the Chocoba (chocolate-banana), the tiramisù-style crêpe or the Vanicara (vanilla-caramel).

Sweet crepes that the editorial team was able to try out... We were tempted by the crepes crème brulée and the Tatin. Two tasty desserts that don't weigh down the stomach, as surprising as that may be. These are well garnished, neither too much nor too little, and should satisfy even the hungriest of stomachs.

A fine address, therefore, ideal for Chandeleur, in particular, but not only... Shall we go there, friends?
