Mamie Burger – the restaurant with very generous burgers is taking over the Opéra neighborhood, in a 90-sqm area that looks like a New York loft. You can come and have a seat on the soft bench seats or go and take away your burger.
All burgers are made with fresh ingredients only. Buns come from a quality baker: a true and soft bun holding Aubrac meat selected by Hugo Desnoyer and cooked by the books.
Vegetables are delivered daily and homemade sauces tastefully elevate Mamie Burger creations. We have the traditional burgers such as “Tonton Jeff” with Italian flavors, to which are added “Mamie Monique” for grilled chicken lovers, “Le Gringo” (based on Aubrac meat, avocado and fried onions) and the “Popeye” (breaded cod, coleslaw, dill sauce and spinach sprouts). The “Armande” salad is based on Batavia lettuce, avocado, bacon and fried onions and is now available. And for big foodies, Mamie sees double and offers you to add another steak.
French fries are fresh and made on site. They are cooked twice for a crispy-chewy texture. Green salad, coleslaw or fried onions are also available as sides…
And if you still have some room, you can choose between the famous cookie, cheesecake, chocolate cake or pecan pie… Three new milkshakes (Oreo, vanilla and chocolate) are also available.
Mamie is at the cutting edge of technology and provides a “beeper” system allowing you to come and get your burger – cooked to taste – without having to wait at the counter!
