Winter is here and with this new season, some hotels and restaurant in Paris turn their terraces into winter terraces for the Holidays.
It’s what Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme is offering from November 14, 2019 to February 15, 2020 with its winter chalet especially redisgned for the occasion.
This year, the Park's Chalet looks like a remote cabin high in the snowcapped mountains... Perched 1.20m above the ground, this rustic wooden cabin takes us back to the time of gold diggers. Ice axes and shovels as well as a few canvas bags filled with gold stones are to be discovered around.
Intimate and warm, this winter chalet offers clients a total change of scenery and magic as well as good food.
Inside, guests can enjoy, around a large table that can accomodate four to twelve guests, come and enjoy dishes concocted by Jean-François Rouquette.
Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme executive chef has come up for lunch and dinner an exceptional Raclette Montagnarde with Saint Nicklaus cheese, baby potatoes as well as a charcuterie selection from the Alps. A Palace version is served with truffled for raclette amateurs. Regarding Jimmy Mornet, he will offer guests a chilled and sour sweet treat.
