Hind noisette with juniper berries, Grand Veneur sauce, celeriac mousseline
Lobster and morels pudding, lemon-flavored whipped butter
Pasta shells for spoiled kids, ham and black truffle
Roasted Scottich salmon with Puy lentils, truffled vinaigrette
Pan-fried beef fillet with Port jus, truffled mashed potatoes
Grand cru chocolate tart and roasted pear, spices and toasted hazelnuts ice cream, pear sorbet
Vanilla mille-feuille, salted-butter caramel sauce
Aged Brie de Meaux with walnuts, mesclun salad mix
