Café de l’Homme enjoys one of the most beautiful views on the Eiffel Tower. The restaurant, managed by Coco Coupérie-Eiffel and Christophe Bonnat since 2004, is one of the smartest brasseries in the area.
Even if it is hidden at the back of the Musée de l’Homme, it’s simple, from lunchtime to dinnertime, Café de l’Homme is always full. Business lunches, informal meetings in the afternoon, lounge meetings, Café de l’Homme, its chic style and its bistronomic menu are appealing!
Café de l’Homme room
Dare to come in the Musée de l’Homme and walk along the long corridor. Like a double-door entrance, it allows us to unwind and serenely enter this cocoon, far from the Trocadéro hustle and bustle and the many tourists.
For the room, owners of the place Coco Coupérie-Eiffel and Christophe Bonnat called in architects Gilles & Boissier, entrusted with decoration, to remind us of the charm of the 1930’s, when the Palais de Chaillot has been built. Ingeniously evoking an oasis, this décor does not leave out Palais de Chaillot Art Déco codes.
Café de l’Homme (covering 5000-sqm) offers many spaced bench seats so that it can respect intimacy, while keeping a wonderful light wherever you are in the room and the comfort of large seats. The only down side, the Café de l’Homme room doesn’t enable you to eat in front of the Eiffel Tower, only the summer terrace allows us this pleasing moment!
Betting on a contemporary and elegant Parisian brasserie, the new Café de l’Homme will seduce you too with the restaurant menus, wine list and brasserie menus.
Speaking of food, Café de l'Homme gives pride of place to French terroir produce thoroughly selected and taking you on a gustatory trip across the five continents.
Now, the restaurant proposes Experiences to share. Therefore, for instance, you can discover the Expérience Premium including an experience in 3 acts to choose from the menu, a glass of champagne Charles Heidsieck, and an appetizer. Note that choosing the Experience menu enables you to get a splended table with ideal views on the Eiffel Tower.
Starting from April, when it is hot again in Paris, Café de l'Homme moves outside on the magnificent terrace overlooking Chaillot. The terrace has enjoyed a makeover in September 2020 and unveils a new layout perfectly blending in the historic place.
For a drink or to share a dish on the menu, or simply experience a magical moment with your other half, here is a view unlikely to leave you cold.
