Jean-François Piège’s new address
June 15, 2018 marks the beginning of a new life for La Poule au Pot, an institution in the Halles neighborhood. We owe this transformation to Jean-François Piège since the chef has decided to take over the famous La Poule au Pot in order to present tasty dishes coming straight from the French culinary heritage and twisted by his care.
Restaurant, delicatessen and cellar
Three years after opening the first store in Paris, La Maison Plisson opens a second address right in the center of the French capital. A giant space covering 1,200 sqm bringing together a restaurant, a delicatessen and a cellar. This new place devoted to well-eating is likely to seduce you.

Japanese-Brazilian food and exotic cocktails
Later this summer 2018, a new culinary establishment likely to make you travel will officially open. Uma Nota, a replica of the first restaurant in Hong-Kong, gives pride of place to Japanese-Brazilian food, the whole in a colorful and resolutely modern décor.
Breizh Café Montorgueil
Brittany has found its place in the trendy Montorguel area with the opening of a new Breizh Café address in the French capital! Crêpes with a Japanese twist, cider and sake cellar are to be expected.

At Ryukishin, the main dish is ramen! Coming in all shapes and full of different flavors, it will surely delight fans of authentic and traditional Japanese cuisine. And even the most vegans among you, since Ryukishin has a vegan ramen offer!

Yoni Saada’s new address
Chef Yoni Saada keeps instill Mediterranean cuisine values and flavors in Parisians. Revealed to the general public thanks to French TV show Top Chef, Yoni Saada opens his second Bagnard where he will not only offer pans bagnats like in his first address, but a whole bunch of dishes from the Mediterranean basin. These flavorful dishes take us straight to the sun of Lebanon, Turkey, Italy and Israel.
