This Spring 2020, Partouche group took over the Club Berri to turn it into the Punto Club. Partouche is one of the biggest casino groups in Europe with 41 venues including 38 in France. The Punto Club is an exceptional venue in Paris. The admission is free of charge, you only have to show an ID and be at least 18 years old to access the club.
A soft setting
The place is soft with thick carpet and soft lights. Here, you can play Punto Banco (€20 minimal bet), Ultimate Poker or Poker 21 (€10 minimal stake). To really make the most of it, we recommend to come with at least €100 in your wallet.
For novice players, do not hesitate to ask croupiers who will tell you all about the rules of the different games provided. Note the Punto Club does not provide Texas Hold’em. The human-sized place (300sqm) stands out from the other clubs in town which are much bigger.
A custom-made greeting
Here, the place is rather friendly and you are greeted individually. The club’s director greets you in person. The place is open daily from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. and has a total of 7 games’ tables. Tables open and close depending on the crowds. Tourists or Parisian players, the club’s clientele is rather heteroclite. The place is perfect to finish the night after dining at the restaurant.
An area with armchairs allows you to have a rest between games. And unlike several clubs in Paris, the entrance to the Punto Club is free of charge. This is perfect to come and enjoy a place without having to pay. Do not feel intimidated.
