A good olive oil changes everything in a dish, especially in our summer salads! Luckily for us, A l'Olivier is opening an oil bar at 23 rue de Rivoli, in the 4th arrondissement of Paris. The brand now employs around sixty people to cater for all tastes.
The bar offers three ranges of extra-virgin olive oils: authentic extra-virgin, silver cans of French PDO extra-virgin, Mediterranean extra-virgin and cuvées, and black cans of black olive oil. Fruit and seed oils, plant macerations and vinegars are also available.
Count on around twenty euros for a 500mL bottle of olive oil.
A brand that has been around since 1822, we can't fail to recognize its expertise and the quality of the products it offers. You can also visit their website to take advantage of the recipes they publish, all based on olive oil!
