This summer 2019, ready-to-wear brand Esprit teams up with designer duo Craig & Karl. It ends up with a bold collection committed for love and equality. Meet from May 31, 2019 to shop these colorful pieces in the brand’s stores.
Launched in partnership with the Ali Forney foundation in New York committed for young homeless LGBTQ+, this capsule collection conveys a strong message of tolerance suiting the DNA of the brand, Esprit, created in 1968. It’s a Californian brand created in the hippie vibe which motto delights up: “We want to make you feel good to look good”.
Including two Australians, Craig Redman and Karl Maier, duo Craig & Karl is perfect to convey this message since their specialty lays in boldness and color they use on all sorts of supports, from illustration to installation without forgetting fashion obviously.
In this collection, we have colorful, joyful and unisex pieces in limited edition. In the guidelines of the collection we actually have all the emblematic elements of Pride such as the rainbow colors or stripes. Shirts, jackets and shorts as well as accessories for a casual summer such as bucket hats and sport bags.
The cast is like the artistic choices of the collection with transgender model Teddy Quinlivan, lesbian model Marinet Matthee and bisexual model Reece King.
Let’s go for a colorful and committed shopping!
