YAY, the made in France jewel brand straight from the French Riviera, opens its very first Parisian jewelry store in the Marais. We are so happy! Then, let’s meet from Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the corner between rue Pastourelle and rue des Archives to discover this lovely summer collection.
The brand created by Nice inhabitant Julie Terranova in 2014 keeps on growing and this Parisian store tells a lot about the future of the brand. Here, the store covers the ground floor and the workshop is upstairs. YAY are made in France jewels designed like lovely charms to stack.
With a Lebanese mother and a Sicilian father, the designer mixes her Mediterranean origins in her collections. Colors and fineness are the watchwords of her lines.
In addition to traditional rings, bracelets and earrings, what we love the most ay YAY are original models from cuffs to fake piercings, without forgetting anklets and body jewels. All these summer accessories that may look hick are just really lovely because of how fine chains are and how delicate semi-precious gems or nacre are.
We especially love the cuff from the Riviera collection made of lapis lazuli, pyrite and rhodochrosite. This earring – sold by the piece (left or right) – exists in gold-plated or silver for a sunny boho look that reminds us of the colorful façades of Nice.
There is also the fake piercing made of golden beads and moonstone sold by the piece for €30. As for anklets, the choice is all yours. We go for the star models from the White Swan collection with a delicate golden chain and circled nacre stars.
And what does YAY stand for? “Yay” is also Lebanese “Yay Chou Helou” meaning “Yay, how beautiful”. And this is what the designer’s Lebanese friends shouted when they discovered her first jewels.
So, think no more and run to YAY store discover what you will shout when being amazed as you try on these gorgeous jewels.
