Lido de Paris has not reopened to the public yet with its show. But this is no problem, the famous Parisian cabaret has decided to reopen its stage... to the public!
Whether you are a man or a woman, cabaret shows, and especially Lido’s “Paris Merveilles” make you dream? Would you like to get on the shoes of a cabaret artist or even a BlueBell Girl for a few minutes? Dream no more, this soon will be possible in September 2019 thanks to Lido Bootcamp, held by the famous cabaret from September 23 to October 16, 2020.
On Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and on Fridays from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Lido offers Bootcamp sessions just to get back in shape after over-enjoying barbecues and aperitifs, but most of all to experience the BlueBell life for 1h30. These sessions will help you – maybe – break the secrets of the artists performing the Lido revue every night on their two daily shows.
Lido Bootcamp sessions are taught by Lido artists and divided into two times: first, warming up for 40 minutes (yoga, pilates, body pump, fitness….) discipline will depend on the coach and the session you choose. Then, for the 50 remaining minutes, you’ll learn a part of the “Paris Merveilles” among 2 scenes.
This bootcamp aims at making you feel as strong as the BlueBell Girls feel on stage.
We tried the Lido BootCamp and we can assure you it is for both people who work out or do not, even if you struggle a bit. It is perfect to get back into shape after the summer. We have a really great moment on Lido stage we have the chance to walk along with the BlueBell Girls who are very benevolent.
These sessions are also open to men since among the 7 artists of the “Paris Merveilles” revue hosting the Lido BootCamp, there are two men to learn men their dance steps.
So, feel like moving in September? Head to Paris Lido for its Bootcamp.
Each session can have 12 participants. This is why booking is mandatory.
