Les Bacchantes is the solidarity run held on Friday November 11, 2022, in Paris! But what is Les Bacchantes exactly? Initiated by Les Bacchantes association, this is a not-so-serious race supporting a very serious cause: prostate cancer. The goal is simple: gathering as many participants as possible for an original race inviting everyone to wear a moustache! Natural, sticked on or drawn on, this dress code is to raise awareness about male diseases.
Of course, money raised after the race is to fund the research against prostate diseases. And especially fight against prostate cancer. For each inscription, €10 are given to the Fond de Dotation les Bacchantes studying the different scientific and medical projects related to the fight. And this year's race evolves as you can choose to run 5km to 10km or even walk. For the race's 10th anniversary, a collector's t-shirt will be revealed during the bib collect!
Departing from the Jardins de l’Avenue Foch, run across the Bois de Boulogne. Run for a good cause, in Movember, while enjoying the Fall colors of the wood. In other words: this is great!
