A spa signed Terraké, which offers you an unparalleled moment of relaxation in one of the emblems of 21st century Paris, embodying the alliance between tradition and innovation.

A wellness area that includes a heated swimming pool, a Turkish hammam, a sauna, an herbal tea room, a gym and a Jacuzzi, in addition to massage areas, to relax as needed and take a break from the stress of the capital. In total, for the treatments, four universes are proposed to the visitors, inspired by the birth of the World, for a complete experience of the benefits of Nature.

Terraké has created three signature treatments:

• Swedish massage

This is simply a deep and energetic massage that allows for intense muscle relaxation. It is ideal for a total release of tension.

• Prenatal massage

This massage is dedicated to pregnant women and is a true moment of well-being. It relaxes muscular tensions related to pregnancy. The prenatal care is a real moment of sharing and connection between the mother and the baby.

• Sensory ritual

The Terraké signature treatment, offering a sensory journey that plunges you into a bubble of well-being and serenity, awakening your senses for a moment of intense letting go. The treatment begins with a hammam to release all the tensions of the body, and prepares the skin for a real burst of radiance, the scrub, tonic, which detoxifies the skin in depth and is followed by an affusion shower that combines light therapy for a soothing, relaxing, serene moment. To complete this treatment, a full body massage with hot oil is offered to complete the relaxation. The signature treatment is ideal for reviving vital energy.

We were able to test one of the treatments, a body treatment to be precise: this one appeals to the five senses, with a massage, intoxicating scents thanks to candles with perfumes imagined for the treatment, a boudoir decoration with pastel shades, a tea also conceived for the treatment and relaxing music, to relax your ears. What's special about the spa? An exfoliating brush is used before each massage of the body parts to rid the skin of impurities.

A particularly relaxing treatment, with variable pressure depending on the points and tensions. We particularly appreciate the care given to the whole body, hands and head included. We also appreciate to have the choice between oil and balm (we chose the balm), the texture changing of the whole. As for the tea, we had a tangerine and lavender tea. A real emotional and multisensory experience, through unique care protocols, that we highly recommend.
