Yoga Room studios have been available everywhere in Europe for years: Brussels, Antwerp, Lisbon, and Lyon. And now, Paris is to house the first Yoga Room studio in the city, in the 17th arrondissement. The studio provides yoga practice suiting each and every one; and very accessible with about 30 different kinds of yoga.
Yoga teachers acknowledged in Europe and trained worldwide provide classes in a welcoming venue perfect to relax and take care of one’s body and mind. For the opening, the yoga studio provides a discovery pass for one month, for €85, enabling you to enjoy unlimited access to all classes, a yoga mat included!
Three yoga levels are available: the first one to beginners and providing the very basics of the practice, focusing on physical alignment; the second requiring a good level of physical strength and training for regular yogis; the third level is for the most skilled yogis looking to improve their yoga practice.
Amond classes provided at Yoga Room, every day at midday and at the end of the day, Hot Yoga – consisting in a series of 26 positions and 2 breathing exercises provided in a 40°C heated room – enables to strengthen and soften the body. Face yoga is available on Saturdays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. It involves a technique fighting against the effects of time to create a firmer face. The Warm Yin class is on Thursday evenings, at 7:45 p.m., for one hour, and consists in working on the body’s lower part to balance the mind and body and relief articular stress.
