You haven’t heard about Quai 54 – World Streetball Championship? Yet, the sportive event celebrates its 15th edition this year!
Considered as the unmissable basketball and street culture event in Paris, mixing high level sport championship and hip-hop concerts, Quai 54 expects you this summer on Saturday June 22 and Sunday 23, 2019 in the Bir-Hakeim/Eiffel Tower area for two exceptional days.
As a proof of its success, this unique world streetball championship has become along the latest editions the major event for all “ballers” looking for recognition.
On June 22 and 23, people can attend a show with several teams from all over the world. Professionals, amateurs and NBA players will play direct elimination games.
Another highlight of this weekend? The Quai 54 Dunk Contest. Remember, last year, the Quai 54 Dunk Contest brought together three of the best dunkers in the world witb Guy “Frequent Flyer” Dupuy (France), Jonathan “J Clark” Clark (USA) aka “Do The Impossible”, science teacher in the week and professional dunker in the weekend, and finally Gediminas “GEdas” Zitlinskas (Lithuania) dunk champion 2017 from the Lithuanian league, IBA 3X3 Dunk Contest in Prague and Moscow Open.
