Love Run Festival 2019 in Paris

What? You don’t know the Love Run? This race to complete in duo and launched in 2015, covering 7-km? The same race we must run bound by the wrist to someone else and wearing our best costume? Well, there’s one solution, meet on Sunday May 12, 2019 at Bois de Boulogne to discover or take part in this unique race.

Following the success of the previous editions, Love Run team decided to renew the experience in 2019 and expects over 6,000 runners for this new opus. On the menu of the Love Run Festival: races for the whole family, entertainments for kids and a participative concert.

Meet on Sunday May 12, 2019 to run a 7-km race in duo with your wrists bound and paced by varied steps. Basically, 7-km of fun where each kilometer will bring its share of fun to share with good mood and with your +1!

Before and after the race, Love Runners can enjoy a relaxing moment in the village set in Pelouses de Saint-Cloud. Love Run Village, inside of which you can enjoy, all day long, many wild animations hosted by the staff, opens its doors from 8 a.m.!

Many happenings are offered by the partners to extend the event, and the traditional timed up awards are replaced by prices for the best duos (the most fun duo, the best matched duo, the most glamorous duo…).

And since last year, the Love Run is also opened to families! This is the occasion for parents and their kids to spend a family Sunday, far from what you may be used to. All afternoon long, welcome parent-kid dups for races covering from 500-m to 1.5-km available to children from 5 to 12 years old.

• LOVE RUN KID – 7/9 y.o. – 1-km
• LOVE RUN KID – 10/12 y.o. – 1.5-km

This year, the village of the Love Run welcomes two new areas: a Kids Zone including a child-care center service for kids as well as a Green Zone with contribution by major sustainable and ecofriendly players, a moment shaped like a meet-up taking place all day long.

And from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., don't miss France's very first participative concert: festivalgoers become the schedulers of a unique concert by voting for their favorite songs and artists.

Program of the day:

• 8 a.m.: village and partner entertainments open
• 9 a.m.-9:45 a.m.: Yoga class in duo for a muscular awakening
• 10:15 a.m.: Warmup session for the adult race departure
• 11 a.m.: Adult race departs
• 11 a.m.: Zumba lesson in duo in front of the main stage
• 12 p.m.: Back from the race and streching in front of the main stage with Swedish Fit
• 12:15 p.m.: Award ceremony for best costume
• 12:45-2 p.m.: Lunch Time!
• 1 p.m.: Rock lesson in duo in front of the main stage
• 2 p.m.: Kids' warmup session for the LOVE RUN KIDS departure
• 2:30 p.m.: 3 departures for the LOVE RUN KIDS
• 3 p.m.-5 p.m.: Live Concert
• 6 p.m.: Village closes

And whoever says Festival also means Food Truck to enjoy specialties from all over the world.
