After being cancelled in 2020 because of the health crisis, the Fête de l'Huma is back. Held every year by French newspaper L’Humanité the Fête de l’Huma will not return to the Parc Départemental George-Valbon in La Courneuve on Friday September 10, Saturday 11 and Sunday 12, 2021. On the menu? A new weekend filled with debates, exhibitions and concerts, of course with Tryo, Boulevard des Airs and IAM, Alain Souchon, Suzane, Hervé, Yseult, Fatoumata Diawara, Dionysos, as well as Louis Chedid.
The Bois de Boulogne and the Bois de Vincennes are not the only places to enjoy a huge parkland in the Paris area. The third biggest green space in Ile-de-France – after the aforementioned locations – is set in Seine-Saint-Denis. Fortified by 417 hectares, the Parc Départemental Georges-Valbon – also known as Parc de La Courneuve – is perfect for a bike ride, a picnic or an outing with your dog.
