World champion swimmer Camille Lacourt opens a cocktail bar in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, with jazz music and DJ sets. Formerly a theater during the Roaring Twenties, the baroque-decorated venue could well become the Left Bank's hottest new spot.
