Chef Wim Van Gorp, a disciple of Ducasse and Jean-Georges Vongerichten, then Chef of the Market restaurant in Paris, continues to establish himself in the Batignolles district by opening "Wim à Table" in September. On the menu is a bar gastronomy served in small portions, ideal for sharing a moment with friends at the bar or at the table.
