After leaving the Plaza Athénée, Chef Alain Ducasse is set to open ADMO, an ephemeral restaurant at the Musée du Quai Branly, within the Ombres restaurant, in November 2021. For 100 days, the chef, accompanied by Albert Adria and Romain Meder, will offer a cuisine faithful to his commitments, around Naturality.
