Behind the bar, we find Ousseyne Soumah, trained at the famous bar of Fouquet’s.
To fulfill your taste buds, the talented mixologist came up with a menu evolving around Asia. Lemon caviar, dragon fruit, Sishuan pepper, infuses sakes and even a whole range of Japanese whiskeys for single malt enthusiasts.
