From now on, on Saturdays and Sundays, adults and children can treat themselves thanks to a regressive but delicious offer prepared by Pastry Chef Michaël Bartocetti. A buffet full of gourmet pastries was a dream of yours? Go and try it!

Sweet tooth friends, here is something that will please both children and adults. Shangri-La Hotel Paris launches Le Goûter! The all-you-can-eat buffet teatime that will delight you! Fear not, this new offer doesn’t replace their teatime which is still served but at the lounge bar. This additional offer for gourmet break lovers awaits you on Saturdays and Sundays at La Bauhinia.

Even though the English teatime is not what French call the Goûter, this offer is rarely served. Served as a buffet it is an offer that no one provided before, and let’s just say that it would be hard to miss it. Pastry Chef Michaël Bartocetti got inspired by childhood memories to cook a wonderful buffet of traditional and gourmet French pastries.

Full of colors, exquisite flavors and featuring a lot of choice, the hardest thing would be to stop eating before you roll under the table… Paris-Brest, Mille-feuille, Saint-Honoré, puff pastries, opera cakes, éclairs, rum babas, lemon, raspberry, chocolate tarts and of course cookies, madeleines, waffles and chocolate chip cookies… Wait for me, I’m comiiiiiiing!

To these delicious delicacies are added three new iced teas that are sugar-free but very tasty. Whilst listening to a pianist, we can have a citron-basil tea, a cardamom-Tonka bean chai latte flavored with cinnamon, a passion fruit and kumquat black iced tea for an extra of €4.
