Luxury and French chic so is the motto of the new 5-star hotel that has just opened on Boulevard Haussmann: Hotel Bowmann. Let’s have a visit.

Can we do more Parisian and chic than Hotel Bowmann that has just opened at 99 Boulevard Haussmann. With 5 stars, the hotel offers the best of modern comfort the Parisian way.

It’s in a pure Haussmann style building that Hotel Bowmann has set up with carved stone-façade, moldings, typical covings and of course, the traditional continuous balconies.

Inside, 48 rooms and 5 suites between 25 and 100smq offering breathtaking views over Paris or the garden. Once again, we have the emblematic codes of the Haussmann flats: high ceilings, herringbone parquet flooring, moldings, chimneys, royal chandeliers and monumental mirrors. French elegance.

Covered in marble from Carrara and corian for the sinks, the bathrooms – bathtub and shower for the suites and Japanese toilets included – offer the best of comfort and contemporary luxury, and it’s hard to resist the will to have a little time there.

The hotel most luxurious suite, the Suite Bowmann, offers to the lucky guests a panoramic and 360° view all over Paris and its monuments, thanks to its rooftop/solarium with hot tub and private lift of course: the Sacré Coeur in the distance, the dashing dome of the Saint-Augustin Church, Paris Opéra roofs, the majestic Eiffel Tower…

Once the rooms discovered, it’s time to move on to the restaurant, the 99 Hausmann where chef Grégory Cohen has come up with a bistronomic menu. Fresh produces of courses, seasonal and organic: green organic egg, wild seabream ceviche with cockles covered in sake steam and Breton lobster cooked with citrus fruit jus, enhanced with wakame for the starters; whole fish of the day cut in front of the patron, festival of exceptional meats coming from Olivier Metzger…

For dessert? Rum baba with vanilla from Madagascar, all-things chocolate crispy, mille-feuilles with vanilla from Tahiti… As many delicacies to enjoy every day in the week, inside or on the lovely 40-seat hidden terrace; along with a signature cocktail found at the hotel cocktail bar.

Finally, after so many delights, patrons are invited to relax a little bit more at the Spa Lacure Officine where face and body treatments, custom massages as well as an 8x6-m pool, a jacuzzi, a hammam, a sauna and a gym expect them.
