In terms of flavors, the chef went for sure flavors in order to please children and adults. Chocolate was the perfect choice. Even more because the chocolate base is an absolute wonder! Like a mendiant, it contains dried fruits and roast walnuts, we love it!
Made of 5 parts to assembly, this spinning-top has several layers. Imagine a Madong chocolate from Papua New Guinea mousse on a traditional hazelnut praline with a creamy gianduja and a gingerbread biscuit, the whole laying on a hazelnut and salt flower crispy biscuit and coated with a delicate layer of 66% Caribbean chocolate.
