Poached king crab leg seasoned with Ossetra caviar, deviled eggs and chive
John Dory poached in sea water with fresh glasswort
Poached and confit Bresse capon, Melanosporum black truffle, crispy citrus and parsley seasoned frog legs bites
Mango delicacy with shiso and soft caramel, crispy shortbread
