This year, for the Holidays 2017, Betjeman & Barton surprises us by revealing its very first yule log created in collaboration with Maître Glacier Pierre Géronimi.
If you like iced yule logs, discover now the one offered by Betjeman & Barton for the Holidays 2017.
It’s a big first since the famous Parisian tea house offers its very first yule log that will delight small and grown-up gourmets.
This “iced tea yule log” has been created in association with Maître Glacier Pierre Géronimi.
To surprise your taste buds, this log is made of a Joconde biscuit with sweet almond and a tea sorbet “Le Bonheur vous va si bien” [Happiness suits you].
The notes of this black tea flavored with honey and turmeric paired with the freshness of ginger and chunks of coconut perfectly blend with the iced violet heart imagined by Pierre Géronimi.
In addition to be original and exquisite, this yule log is very beautiful. It dons with Swiss and Italian meringue for the crunch and the moist.
If you’re a tea addict, Betjeman & Barton offers two Christmas teas to discover in a wonderful 1kg box designed by Angéline Melin.
Discover first tea, the “Christmas”. A skillful blend of Ceylon and China tea enhanced by caramel notes, Maraschino cherry, pineapple and a dash of orange.
Then, Betjeman & Barton offers the “Il était une fois Noël” [Once upon a Christmas], a black tea from China flavored with cinnamon, apple and vanilla. This tea is livened up with marigold petals, flaked almonds and ginger essential oil.
Finally, don’t forget about the Advent calendar of the house with a Parisian, chic and sophisticated décor containing 24 bags of teas and infusions individually wrapped.
