This"bûche thé glacé" has been created in association with Master Glacier Pierre Geronimi.
To surprise your taste buds, this log features a joconde cookie withsweet almond and a " Le Bonheur vous va si bien " tea sorbet.
The notes of honey and turmeric in this black tea, combined with the freshness of ginger and pieces of coconut, combine perfectly with the icy heart of violet imagined by Pierre Géronimi.
As well as being original and tasty, this log is also beautiful. It is adorned with Swiss and Italian meringue for softness and crunch.
For tea addicts, Betjeman & Barton offers two Christmas teas in a magnificent 1kg box designed by Angéline Melin.
First, discover " Christmas Tea ". This tea is a skilful blend of Ceylon and Chinese teas, enhanced by notes of caramel, maraschino cherry, pineapple and a hint of orange.
