This winter, Hôtel The Westin Paris-Vendôme terrace turns into a wonderful green refuge with a chic and bucolic décor featuring a seasonal menu cooked by chef David Réal.
This winter, hotels work twice as hard to help you face this difficult season. If some chose to set up a chalet on their terraces, others bet on a more revitalizing aspect. And this is what the Westin Paris-Vendôme offers until late April 2018, a temporary, colorful and cozy restaurant safe from chilly temperatures.
Nestled in the heart of the Hotel patio, in a toasty venue, the temporary restaurant “Le Jardin d’Hiver” displays a bucolic decoration with very lovely rattan outdoor furniture, light suspensions as well as plants and citrus trees.
Once you’re comfortably seated, discover the very nice seasonal menu thought up by chef David Réal.
The latter invites you to escape with tantalizing starters such as the lemon scallops, butternut pie and crispy squash seeds.
Next, David Réal offers four mains focused on sea food (roasted flounder fillet, wild salmon and lentils) and four dishes focused on land (candied pork belly).
To end on a sweet note, make way for fruity desserts with a whole range of desserts with pear and vanilla. For cocoa addicts, be sure you try the speculoos shortbread and its 66% Caribbean chocolate served with speculoos ice cream.
And icing on the cake, the chef also offers a nutritive menu with SuperFoodRX dishes, full of antioxidants and naturally low-calorie.
This winter, there’s no doubt, you should head to The Westin Paris-Vendôme Jardin d’Hiver to smoothly face the cold temperatures.
