This winter the terrace of La Table du Huit in Paris hosts a wonderful winter chalet where the concept of food pairing is given pride of place!

From November 16, 2017 to the sunny days 2018, La Table du Huit goes into winter mode by hosting a chalet on its terrace.

This temporary winter chalet, thought up by Belvedere, will welcome until 18 curious and gourmet eaters to live out a unique food pairing experience.

On the menu? A custom-made menu of seasonal signature cocktails created by mixologist Daniel Rodriguez to enjoy with a selection of Savoy specialties and other sophisticated meals cooked for the occasion by La Table du Huit Chef Benoît Hilaire.
