La Table du Huit switches to winter mode until sunny days 2019 by setting up a chalet on the terrace.
This temporary winter cabin, designed by Belvedere, invites up to 18 curious and gourmet people to live out an exclusive food pairing experience.
On the menu? Menus concocted by Chef Nicolas Pisu especially for raclette, tartiflettes, Sardinian cold cuts, Strangolapreti - a traditional mountain dish -, chocolate fondues and so on lovers. The whole served with polar cocktails!
