Chalet privatisable pour 2 à 8 personnes

In order not to be too depressed this Winter, Le Fouquet’s Paris invites Le Chalet les Neiges 1850 from Courchevel and offers an exceptional menu to enjoy in a privatized chalet! Raclette by Xavier Thuret (best Craftsman in France) and chocolate fondue, let yourself be tempted by a trip to the mountain… in full heart of Paris.

From November 27, 2017 to February 17, 2018, Courchevel spirit comes to Paris and more precisely to Le Fouquet’s. The Groupe Barrière Parisian hotel invites one of its brothers, the hotel Les Neiges 1850 from Courchevel for a 3-hour trip from Paris to Courchevel for an exceptional meal.

To make the best of this gustative journey, it’s mandatory to reserve this chalet per email to Le Joy restaurant (one of Le Fouquet’s Paris restaurants). The chalet can be enjoyed from 2 to 8 persons in a very unique atmosphere the one of a true quiet mountain chalet, out of sight, in Le Fouquet’s Paris summer garden.

If you think you’ve seen everything in Paris, head to Le Fouquet’s Paris winter chalet for an exceptional meal with your close ones or your coworkers. Welcomed by a limited staff, Best Craftsman in France bartender Stéphane Ginouvès offers a sophisticated cocktail based on spiced wine and Veuve Clicquot Rich Champagne.

Then comes the star of the meal, the raclette by award-winning cheesemonger Xavier Thuret [Meilleur Ouvrier de France] served with a selection of cold meats from Maison Garcia in Toulouse, grenaille potatoes and truffled salad. As in every mountain meal worthy of its name, cheese is unlimited so are grenaille potatoes.

The hardest part is to resist but when we know a chocolate fondue (37% cocoa Monsera and 68% Coco from La Maison du Chocolat crus) is coming, we make room in our bellies! The most sweet-toothed eaters will even have the chance to enjoy a mini-baked Alaska by Pierre Gagnaire.
