Valentine's Day 2018 at the Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme

Fancy a gourmet and chic Valentine's Day 2018? Then head to the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme.

From February 10 to 18, 2018, the famous Parisian palace is offering a dessert to share for two.

Both delicate and colorful,"Les Inséparables" is the new dessert created by Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme Pastry Chef Jimmy Mornet.

To best illustrate love, Jimmy Mornet has imagined two birds perched above a nest of branches.

Flavors include a hazelnut chocolate cookie and crisp, a raspberry poppy seed confit, a 40% milk chocolate mousse and a dark chocolate glaze.

Needless to say, this pastry will satisfy the taste buds of even the most gourmand!
