Here’s a gastronomic good deal we just love! Paris International School for the Luxury Hospitality Industry [Also known as Ecole Supérieure d’Hôtellerie de Paris or ESH] in Clicky offers every day and until late April 2018 gastronomic lunches at its training restaurant Le Charles. A menu prepared daily by a training cook with compulsory products and ingredients (first of all, it’s an exercise) and affordable even if you’re on a budget since the meal will cost you about €20 per person.
Training cooks who put what they learn in class into practice, but also what they learn during the internships they completed in Parisian grand restaurants and the school partners (Shangri-La, Le Bristol and even Le Crillon, just to name a few). A certain guarantee of quality that’s far from displease lavish gourmets. On the menu, semi-cooked duck foie gras and mango jelly for example, Paimpol beans and king prawns or coconut chicken supreme, lemon balm butter under the skin and passion carrot.
A cuisine halfway between tradition and modernity, a cuisine always innovating as the School head Arnaud Bouvier – Charles Bouvier's great grandson – explains: “Our students offer a cuisine that is authentic, inspired by yesteryear meals prepared by my great grandfather in presidential trains, and modern, in line with their era and today’s trends”. A perfect meal for a lunch with your colleagues or your friends at a lower cost. So, shall we go?
