Ecole Supérieure d'Hôtellerie offers gourmet lunches for 20 euros!

Here's a gastronomic bonanza just the way we like them! The Ecole Supérieure d'Hôtellerie de Paris, in Clichy, is offering gourmet lunches every day until the end of April 2018 in its application restaurant, Le Charles. A menu prepared by an apprentice chef each day from imposed products and ingredients (originally an exercise), and accessible to small purses since the price of this meal revolves around 20 euros per person.

Apprentice chefs put into practice the knowledge they have acquired in the classroom, as well as during their internships in the capital's top restaurants, partners of the school(Le Shagri-La, Le Bristol and Le Crillon, to name but a few). A sure guarantee of quality that gourmets are sure to appreciate. On the menu: semi-cooked duck foie gras with mango jelly, for example, creamy Pimpol coconut prawns or poultry supremes with coconut, lemon balm butter under the skin and carrot passion fruit.

As the school's President, Arnaud Bouvier, great-grandson of chef Charles Bouvier, explains: " Our students offer cuisine that is both authentic, inspired by the meals my great-grandfather prepared on the presidential trains, and contemporary, in tune with the times and trends of today.
