To find at Parisian Palace Le Boudoir lounge from April 1 to 28, 2019, these two creations are by pastry chef Pablo Gicquel.
The latter came up with a big egg - available in limited edition - revealing a range of 9 chocolates. White, grand cru from Peru 72% dark, Dominican Republic milk chocolate... The most exceptional chocolates can be enjoyed in this collection.
To extend the pleasure, this big egg is assorted with 3 mini eggs made of caramel, crispy caramelized pecan milk chocolate from Texas and crispy hazelnut praline.
