"Tahitensis": that's the name of the 2017 Yule log proposed by the Prince de Galles team.

This year, Stéphanie Le Quellec, Executive Chef of the Prince of Wales, and Nicolas Paciello, the Palace's Pastry Chef, have chosen to place Tahitian Vanilla at the heart of their creation.

Beneath a clever bundle of chocolate vanilla beans lies an array of flavors and textures.

At once suave and intense, the "Tahitensis " log is a delicately crafted creation for your taste buds.
