Winter season is coming. On the occasion, some of the greatest hotels and palaces in Paris transform their terraces into true winter cocoons. This year, L’Hôtel du Collectionneur installs a magical chalet within its famous Andalusian terrace.
To be discovered from November 20, 2017 to late March 2018, this chalet – all covered in white – is like a refuge smart and elegant at the same time.
Set up for the occasion as a time-limited restaurant, the spotless and clear décor will take you to the distant lands of the far north!
The structure – transformed into a restaurant – can accommodate up to sixty guests. Guests who will be delighted to enjoy meals cooked by the restaurant executive chef, Joël Veyssière.
On the menu? Some of Christmas classics but brilliantly revisited by the chef.
This chalet will also be the occasion to have a drink and something to eat like the “Fizzy Iceberg” cocktail with vodka, elderflower liquor and absinthe floating in champagne bubbles.
In addition to the evening, the chalet will be open every day for lunch, tea-time and afternoon break to offer guests a special menu evolving around Christmas greatest classics like the traditional candied salmon of the Collectionneur or the smoked beef tenderloin.
