For those with a sweet tooth, it's time to indulge in Maxence Barbot's tea time at the Shangri-La Paris. A sublime, divine gourmet snack, comfortably seated under the glass roof of the Bauhinia.

In the mood for a sweet break? How about one of the best tea times in the capital? After a vanilla version and a Christmas version, Maxence Barbot 's new tea time - or more precisely, his snack, since it's all sweet - is now open to us in the Bauhinia at the Shangri-La Paris.

Open to all on Saturdays and Sundays from 2.30pm to 6pm, this afternoon tea is sure to please. And the new version, which changes with the seasons, is sure to please.

We start by choosing a hot beverage: cappuccino, refined tea or gourmet hot chocolate to be diluted to your liking, that's a good way to start.

We then move on to our plate of pastries, but you're free to start with the plate of your choice. On the program: a Forêt Noire, a Pavlova with blood orange and a Tatin with buckwheat and quince apple.

Then it's on to the cakes and pastries. We fall for the Chouchou peanuts, chocolate puffed rice. The mango passion fruit guava doughnut and the Swiss bread are a real treat.

Last but not least, we finish with the large bottom piece, which changes with the seasons. Until mid-April, it's a salted kouglof with olives, chorizo, bacon and Comté cheese.

Expect to pay 68€/person or 130€ for 2 to share a gourmet moment in a prestigious setting! You can also opt for the champagne version at an additional cost. Go for it with your eyes closed, these pastries are just delicious, tasty and so well mastered, they'll make you succumb!

Note that Maxence Barbot also offers a fine menu of Pâtisseries à la Bauhinia, to accompany a hot drink.

So, how about an excellent tea time or a sweet break, friends?
