For the Holidays 2017, pastry chef Yann Menguy heads over the North Pole

Summer holidays are now over and it’s already time to think about the Holidays… and to all the sweet treats coming along this time of the year! On the occasion, the Pâtisserie La Goutte d’Or in Paris heads over the North Pole.

For the Holidays, it’s in the heart of the North Pole that Parisian pastry shop Pâtisserie La Goutte d’Or settles! Pastry chef Yann Menguy imagined us an immaculate yule log with sweet hills coated by the snow… A very elegant treat:

Goutte d'Or

Vanilla-Pecan-Mandarin yule log
Almond-vanilla biscuit and Corsican mandarin confit mixed with the sweetness of a pecan-flower salt praline and a vanilla from Madagascar mousse. The whole is covered in a thin white chocolate shell.
Rate for 6 to 8 persons: €68, inclusive of VAT

You can taste this little gem from December 11 by ordering it at the store in the 18th arrondissement! We already have our mouths watering.
