Legendary brasserie Chartier in Paris 9th arrondissement is open every day and it's naturally that the Parisian brasserie welcomes you for New Year’s Eve. On December 31, 2019, for dinner, head to the two Bouillon Chartier restaurants, rue du Faubourg Montmartre and Boulevard Montparnasse, for a festive dinner for a soft cost.
On this special day, no New Year's Eve menu, but a nice board of the day with festive dishes. For instance, Bouillon Chartier provides 12 snails for €14.80, duck foie gras for €7.5, duck confit and baby potatoes for €10.60 or a sea bream for €13. Moving on to wines, the brasserie provides sparkling white for €14 the bottle, white wine from Alsace Edelzcwicker DPO for €13 the bottle or red Buzet DPO Tradition for €10 the bottle.
For such a soft price, you eat in an original decor, a setting listed as Historic Monuments with colorful glass roof, mirrors framed with wood pannels and leater bench seats worthy of the 1900's. It's a super good deal, but carefull, the Parisian restaurant doesn't take reservation, consider yourself warned!
