And it’s Meilleur Ouvrier de France glacier David Wesmaël who had the original idea of offering the first frozen yule log you can create to your likings and favorite flavors.
To be discovered as La Glacerie Paris, nestled in Paris 4th arrondissement, this unique creation will satisfy your demanding taste buds.
The concept? On an invariable base, you can choose 5 flavors among the ten available! No need to say that there are multiple combinations.
Among the possible flavors, we fell for the pistachio ice cream, enhanced with a morello cherry sorbet and combined to an amaretto and dark chocolate cream.
Let yourself be tempted too by the Altapaz Sequencia Grand Cru dark chocolate ice cream wonderfully married to a blackcurrant sorbet from Burgundy and an exotic mango-passion fruit coulis or the vanilla and Ardèche chestnuts ice cream with a heart made of Corsican clementine sorbet and a blackcurrant from Burgundy coulis.
Please note the base is made of a delicious vanilla ice cream containing a soft heart made of salted caramel, a crispy hazelnut praline covering a fine base made of French meringue.
In short, here’s a Holidays dessert that will delight everyone. And for good reason, you’re are customizing it!
Note that this custom-made frozen yule log will be available for order online or in store until December 17, 2018.
The pre-made yule log is also available in store starting December 15, 2018.
