Edwin Yansané , aka Edwart Chocolatier, is celebrating his ninth Christmas with his 2023 collection based on the figure of the Christmas elf. Young and old alike will find it hard to resist this figure emblematic of the festive season, made as usual with Grands Crus de cacao chocolates .
This Edwart leprechaun has more than one trick up his sleeve, with a collection made up of moldings, nibbles, boxes and another 2023 Advent calendar, for a December rich in treats. So, shall we unveil Edwart Chocolatier's Christmas chocolate collection?

The one with the red hat is made with Grand Cru de Tanzanie 68% dark chocolate. With its base filled with toasted rice praline, it is also garnished with milk and dark chocolate grignotines.
