Lovers of delicacies of all kind, holiday season is the season for presents, family reunions as well as teatimes in Parisian palaces. Lutetia is no exception and to treat foodies, it holds a teatime with soft Christmas treats.
All year long, Lutetia pastry chef Gaëtan Fiard, World Champion of Sugar Arts in 2014, comes up with desserts giving pride of place to fruits, herbs and even spices. Fine pastries, without excessive sugar, that we can enjoy without feeling even guilty.
Christmas teatime 2018 will be quite similar to the teatime served all year long, but it will be more festive and include pastries with winter twists.
